
INtegrative Psychotherapy
Hi, I’m Lida.
I provide psychotherapy services to individuals and couples online throughout the state of California, and offer in-person therapy and EMDR therapy intensives at my office in Santa Rosa, CA. I am currently accepting new clients.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, strengths-based, and holistic, taking into consideration the connection between mind and body. As a neurodivergent therapist, I am neurodiversity affirming, as well as queer and trans affirming and sex positive. I believe healing happens most readily in a space that is compassionate, exploratory, and non-judgmental.
I have experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, depression, complex trauma, acute trauma, codependency, and perfectionism, as well as those navigating life with ADHD or executive functioning challenges.

Individual Therapy
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or are simply going through a challenging time, individual therapy can be a powerful catalyst for positive change. In our work together, I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment for deep exploration, allowing you to show up as your authentic self. Here, you can gain valuable awareness and skills to navigate the present moment, manage daily overwhelm, and feel more connected to yourself, your loved ones, and the natural world. We may be a good fit if you are hoping to process past experiences, heal from shame, and break unhelpful patterns in order to live a life that truly reflects who you are and what you value.

EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a specialized therapeutic approach designed to help individuals process and overcome traumatic experiences. By using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps rewire the brain's response to distressing memories, reducing their emotional impact. EMDR is effective both virtually and in person. I currently offer EMDR in the traditional weekly appointment format, or in an intensive format. Intensives are offered as half-day, full-day or multi-day weekend appointments.

Couples Therapy
Our relationships can be the source of both our greatest joys and our deepest pain. You and your partner may be struggling to communicate, with conversations frequently escalating into arguments or resulting in feelings of being unheard and misunderstood. Maybe you’re struggling with a lack of intimacy, feeling disconnected physically and emotionally. Perhaps you feel tension or emotional distance, due to disagreements or breaches of trust. Couples therapy can help you navigate these and other challenges as you work to reconnect and rebuild. I utilize my training in Gottman Method couples therapy to provide a space for communication and exploration, as well as tools, exercises, and insight that can improve your relationship.
